This is very nice. I really like it. I have seen many wallpapers using this image, but this is definitely one of the best. though there is no background image, but the brush work is really good and it suits the image. Good work

I must say this is a very well done wall. The water effect is good. And Kasumi's blue outfit really fits in with the environment. I did notice that the bubbles are alot. And the water effect on top of the screen seems to be signifying that its above water while the bubbles show that she is underneath. but then I cant really complain since I don't know how to make tht effect in the first place

My my..your extraction is amazing. even down to each strand of her hair.
I see u have included some glowy balls, but the only noticible one is the one on her left hand. The others are "hidden" Maybe the blue area can have purple glow and the purple can have the blue glow. The gradient is nice, but have u tried to make the transition of colors more spread out? Which one is nicer?

Other than that, nothing much, good effort.
